Every aspect of renting the car from Quality Toyota was effortless. The two ladies we dealt with in the rental division were exceptional to deal with. We were also very pleased with the vehicle they furnished to us.
I went in to get in estimate on my vehicle and ran up to the service department for other issues. I did not have an appointment and Hattie and her team helped me effortlessly. They ended up putting me in a loaner vehicle for the weekend because of MY SAFETY! The customer service they have not just this time, but every time is truly impeccable! We worked with Ryan remotely as we are about 6.5 hours distance from Quality toyota. Ryan and the entire staff made the transaction easy. We showed up on the day to purchase and everything was a breeze.
We rented a vehicle from this place for a few days and it was a great experience. When we walked in to get the vehicle everyone was smiling, happy, and helpful. The woman that does the rentals did a fantastic job making it an easy process. We need a vehicle for this trip every year and we will for sure be back!

Anthony R was an excellent Toyota Rep. we visited the showroom in Dongan Hills SI. He took his time explaining all the options we had to lease a new Corolla and had us in and out of the dealership in two hours. He showed my husband and I a few different vehicles and we were very pleased with what Toyota had to offer. If anyone is interested in purchasing a new Toyota I suggest meeting with Anthony.

I made an appointment for a test drive with Ryan on a Saturday morning. Test drive went very smooth and decided to buy the vehicle. Everything went smoothly except it was kinda a long wait to talk to the back office person (Eric). Not really his fault since he was the only one working that day. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Good sales folk and service
We brought out Toyota van in for an oil change. The technicians were great to help us. The lounge area is very comfortable and when our van was done they offered to bring the van back into the Bay so my husband wouldn't have so far to walk. Plus our van was washed and it was pretty dirty. We love Quality Toyota 💖

I had a problem with my tailgate, I bought the vehicle used. Toyota certified used car and I bought the best extended warranty. The warranty covered the expensive parts so I was happy about that.
I was told that it would be cheaper to have the body shop do the work. Since the hinges got bent.
The parts needed to be ordered and there was a glitch in the process.
That may sound horrible but mistakes happen to those of us who live in the real world. I've made a few myself.

Dropped our car off with a battery problem. They installed the new one & kept a couple of days to make certain that was the problem. Noticed our fob needed a battery & took care of that too.
