Our Service Department boasts four Master Service Technicians, and four Hybrid Technicians to maintain and repair your Toyota vehicle. Working with our technicians are two full time service writers to answer any questions you may have.
Convenient shuttle service
If you don't have time to wait for your repair or service, Quality Toyota operates a shuttle service to bring you to work and back. For those times when you cannot leave your vehicle with us during normal business hours, we have a convenient night drop box for your keys, and ample parking for your vehicle. Drop off your vehicle for service and enjoy a ride home or to work in our comfortable Toyota Sienna courtesy shuttle. Our driver makes trips over the process of the day.
Comfort while you wait
If you would like to wait for your vehicle, relax in our lounge area where you have access to wireless internet or television, or feel free to enjoy a magazine article while your kids enjoy the kids room. Don't forget to sneak in a cookie and some coffee or a cappuccino.
Factory backed service
Factory-backed service and repair work is performed by technicians with years of experience. We also recommend necessary repairs to keep you up-to-date on the condition of your vehicle. At every 5k mile service interval undergoes, your vehicle undergoes free a 31 point inspection. Ask to see your vehicle's service checklist.
Make sure that when you show up for a service appointment, that you pull into our Service Drive (picture below). That way you stay out of the rain in the summer and cold in the winter.
